I was just watching this show, and they test out urban legends and stuff by getting all scientific. They made a cannon out of a log tonight, and tried to see how long it would take to make it, trying to disprove a Hungarian legend. They disproved part of the legend that said it could be drilled out overnight, using tools of the era, but this thing worked. They shot a tennis ball and a hand carved cannon ball out of it. They also had a segment on the belief that body piercings attract lightning. That was pretty cool. It's on the Discovery Channel, check it out.

I saw a commercial for this show a few weeks ago, but then forgot about it. I'll have to check it out sometime.

I wonder if they tested the Pop Rocks and Coke theory yet. Ya know it killed Mikey.

They actually sat there drinking and got drunk to test out the myths of how to beat a breathalyzer, and none of them worked.
