I have so much snot in my nose that I can't control it

I've often wondered where snot comes from and how it can keep pouring out of your nose. It seems that after awhile, your head should shrink up or, alternatively, if you don't blow your nose, your face and/or head would eventually blow up.

The trick is to not blow your nose 75,000 times a day. Because the snot is just going to come back. When I am sick I blow my nose maybe twice a day. The rest of the time I am just wiping my nose with tissues to make sure the excess isnt falling out. The snot goes there for a reason and if you let it stay there you will get better quicker. In my humble opinion anyhow.

How can you stand to do that? Not being able to breathe without exhaling snot would drive me crazy.

It's called breathing through your mouth. And I am rarely sick for more than one day. Sometimes two.
