Started as an inside joke:
One guy, with his girlfriend, looked down and said "Atta girl" to a job well done. Well, women talk. Guys don't talk about sex, they just say Yes/No. Girls give details, and obviously she told her friends about her recent experience, because when ever the guy did anything, move a piece of furniture in their presence, opened a beer, etc..., they would go Atta boy. Atta xxxx has come to represent oral favours. So Fuck You, Topper, I'm not blowing you nor never did.
