I don't see how my correlation between being physically lazy and fat = being mentally lazy is weak-minded. Seems pretty logical. Lazy in one area = lazy in another or possibly all.

I would certainly not say that a high percentage of America is ahead of me, no matter what measure you are using.

I seek to fight because it has been shown that time and time again fights on boards create reading material. I don't feel like watching TV. This is more interactive.

How can you say that!?! VH1 classics is showing "We are the 80's". Entertainment has no greater peak.

watching TV is sedentary, and requires no effort. It means you are lazy, you tub of goo.

you make such assumptions.

I wonder if you have inferiority complex based on yourself/control issues, and then try to employ them on others. What you see as someone elses weakness is really fear of your own. MAybe i'm wrong...but your explanation is weakminded, and i think you make hefty assumptions on hefty people...and know next to nothing of us in the working world. And i could probably use this to cite my own reasons and attributes as you gleefully do time and time again...but not needed. You should know better...and I think it is a gaping weakness on your part to make assumptions and I wonder of your own issues that make you cling to them, need to exemplify the things in your own life, and...most of all...why you seek to fight, or seek approval of others.

I just cannot understand how you can be so stuck on how things look, and not realize that a high percentage of america is heavy, and yet many so heavy are ahead of you. how does that compute? what must you tell yourself to get through a day as fat people, somehow weak, yet can do all those things that you do, and get ahead.

I clearly said it was an assumption, so I don't know what your point is.

Your logic is wrong. Weaknesses in one area is not exemplified in all others. You must not watch Discovery channel. Compensation is a very basic concept...where weaknesses in one area cause other areas to be highly defined to survive.

being fat isn't a weakness, it is a result. And it is a result of being both a glutton and a layabout. Blame it on genes all you want. But there are (like you said) a hell of a lot more fatasses now than there were 50 years ago; it's not genetics.

It's not like have one bad arm and so your other arm is stronger. Or you're blind so your hearing is better.

Your metaphor is completely wrong.

I highly anticipate The Man's message board posting workout tape. Tony Little can host the infomercial.

Being fat stems from being lazy, which is both a mental & physical weakness.

A weakness is a weakness any way you're looking at it.

However, being lazy doesn't automatically allow compensation in other areas such as...let's say singing. Because you're lazy does not mean you can sing any better or worse than you already do.

Being fat is only a weakness if you let it be a weakness. Unlike The Man I am not so hung up on how other people perceive me.
