and you know where you were then,
girls were girls and men were men,
mister we could use a man like Herbert Hoover again,

everybody pulled his weight,

so the guy got really fucking lucky. HE FUCKING CALLED ALL IN WITH 97o??? I wouldn't trade that for anything.

The other night I busted a A5o with a K2o (All-in preflop) when a 2 fell on the flop. I won, but I felt dirty afterwards.

The worst part of it was, that hand knocked me out, as 4th place... right out of the money. Was 16 person superbowl tourney. I had the 2nd highest stack at the time, I lost to the largest stack on that hand. The guy who won 3rd place and got his 50$ back played only one hand the whole night.

i busted out that night at 4th. 3 times I got AA. I was too timid.

And I've heard about the "beat-up" theory. If you have a table with a lot of action and chect thumping, just lay back and let your blinds slowly chew away until everyone else knocks themself down. They have to do it before the blinds hit 150/300 though (800 start).

It's tough to stick to any game plan, you really have to be spontanous and go with the flow. When a table is very aggressive it's good to lay back, but at the same time if you pick up a killer hand you can take really take advantage and get lots of callers. All depends on betting position as well.
