No, I don't have ridiculous restrictions like that. We have our set days for when our garbage gets picked up.

The air raid siren is to make the jews feel like they're in israel, in other words....when its time for them to stop doing everything, the siren goes off to let them know its the sabbath & they have to be at temple like good like jewish boys & girls. *gag* It goes off automatically, with the changing times of sundown. So yeah, at around 8:15pm, if people in my neighborhood want to have a little bbq or whatnot, we have to sit & listen to the ever so irritating sound of the siren. And not only that, people live across the street from the school the siren goes off from....and they have it worse than anyone else- b/c items in their homes shake and surprisingly windows havent been broken yet. According to the city, the sound violates the decible level, but as i said before- THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT. And I hear it pretty loud...I live all of 10 mins away from that hellhole.
