Here's the deal. I hit my goal weight in September of 2001. I kept the weight off for two years, bouncing around 225 and 240 pounds. Perfectly acceptable.
Then when I started working for the record label, I stopped being really physically active. The problem was, I was still eating the massive amount of carb-laden and fattening foods, and not exercising enough to keep it off.
When I got laid off, I got really, really depressed. I kept eating more, and not working out.
