Lakers run is over....THANK GOD!!!!

Honestly, I think if they can handle the Mavs in game 7, they'll make the finals.

Look who won the games for the Spurs (since they need someone besides Duncan to score). Bruce Bowen, Tony Parker, and Manu all exploded, and those games were all SA victories because the Lakers had no one to stop the hot PG or SF. The Kings have Christie, Peja, Hedo, or even Bibby to stop those guys. Parker will have an awful series, Bowen and Manu will be minimized. Yeah, Duncan will destroy them, but as long as he doesn't score 40+, there's no one else to pick up the slack and Sactown should win.

theres no way the Kings will be able to beat the Spurs without Webber. They are having a hard enough time as it is with the Mavericks, and they will be lucky to even beat them. I think the Spurs will take care of them rather easily, and who knows maybe the Nets can give them a contest.

Wouldnt that be great, the Nets and Devils both Champions of their sport, and still nobody will give a shit.

That isnt true FB, i'm sure that the Walmart across the street would not mind letting the Devils and Nets celebrate in their parking lot. Maybe they could even do it in the Home Depot parking lot, now that's a BIG lot.:lol::lol:

I'll be rooting for a Spurs-Pistons final myself, as well as a Senators-Ducks final, with the Spurs and Ducks winning, respectfully. Fuck the Devils fans, why should they be happy, while Rangers fans like myself struggle to think of a reason why we still like our team?

It's over this year. I really didn't expect the Kings to win last night, but part of me hoped they could pull it off. What suck the most is that the Lakers are out of it....with them gone, the Kings really had a shot at the Championship.

What's wrong with all of you, thinking the Lakers are out of the playoffs?

Word is already coming from the commissioner's office that the Western Conference Finals will be played in a "triple-threat match" style between the Mavs, Spurs, and Lakers.

If nothing else, it'd be interesting to see how that works out.
