| Hanger-On Registered: Jan. 70  | Now i am getting sick and tired of this shit going on here. I am not saying this because i am a mod and i am not flexing my position. Because i never viewed the mod position as a position of power. It's an honor and a job at that, and a major part of the job is to help around here. I am sick and tired of certain people "modding off" I am tired of people delegating board policy after being here for 2 weeks. I can not stand anymore "hey shouldn't this be in off topic" replies. The main thing i am sick of is the constant unwarranted bashing. There was a certain newbie that signed up and did a hello post. Now granted hello posts are frowned upon but a mod will take care of it. If a post is posted out of forum a mod will move it. I am on the board on and off almost the whole afternoon and late nights and there is always a couple mods on the board at all times. Why are people not posting? maybe cause some of you assholes are making people too scared to post. People live in fear around here to post for the simple fact that they will get torn by a band of misfits who feel they have been deputied like sheriffs. Certain people deserve it but thats after they do several annoying posts like knock, andykoom, nitemare and others did. How simple is it to steer a person in the right way if they post something wrong with their 1st or 2nd post? If you bash him/her they don't learn what they did wrong and they will stop posting or continue to be ass f's. If you want to help then help, don't add to the problem. Continue to post and have fun and leave board policy to the administrators and mods, that is why we are here. But don't scare people away from posting or the board itself. We were all newbies and we all did stupid shit as newbies. not one of us here can say we were perfect newbies. Even i was a tool when i first joined but when i joined way back when, i was helped not tooled and look how good a member i am..... ok bad example but trust me it works. Now come on guys and girls please help out and try not to mod off, and try to help the newbies not bash them. But any ass f's please feel free to bury them. Now to add a little humor to the tension. I heard a very interesting factoid yesterday. Now they sell these creams that if you rub on your cock it makes it bigger. But if you rub the stuff on your cock wouldn't your hand get bigger? Back when i still had only 10 or so posts, Myself and others were ripped apart no matter what we said, intelligent or not, every single time we posted. As a result, i stopped posting for a good 2 1/2 weeks. I know that everyone has their time in the barrel, but if your getting raped over every little thing you say, why would you want to keep posting? If you fuck up, then you should get harrassed, but if a guy is posting for the very first time, he obviously doesnt know that you shouldnt post a new thread saying hello. Sorry, just my 2 cents. They were my first attempts to get to know you guys. Now Granted the fight club shit was dumb, but thats just toolin and goofin. All of my serious posts turned to shit because people came in who were not mods, and ordered me around. Now I felt I only had to obey Mods not Others. And even a few Mods got angry at me. Well now all that is over with and I moved on to try and be what the board wants so we all get along. But ya got to admit it gets very confusing | ||||

So, someone doesn't know the full rules of the board. So what! There's no reason to come out blasting just to make yourself look "cool". Theres so many members yet theres so few of those members logged on to the board most of the time. I know that once you start comin here you get addicted. We want everyone to share in our fun. So we have to give every "newbie" a chance to learn the ways of the board and become another productive member. Theres probably thousands who were turned off by what they initially saw, and havent ventured back much.
