| O&A Board Regular Registered: Feb. 01 | I had a fabulous time last night...errr...this morning...whatever! ;)It was nice seeing all of you again and for those of you who did not attend you were missed (I think, but don’t quote me on that ;) ). Thank you to everyone for the gifts and I especially love my Secret Santa gift! I shall enjoy it. It was great putting some new faces to some names – Devils Fan, Lgaia, Luna Babe, Arpi and everyone else. It was really nice hanging with all of you. And Lent, Amy wore my jacket and NO it is not leather. My ass might sit on an animal when I am driving but I do not wear them. ;) I have to say this much and I am sorry if I sound like I am lecturing but this small time we have together will not last forever. However, the friendships we may acquire and the lessons we shall learn may. Teach yourself to appreciate people for what they are and not judge them for whom you wish they were. Realize that you are no better than he who stands before you, that speaking unkind words of others behind their backs is simply foul and that quoting historical facts does not make you a genius. Geniuses, however foul or immaculate, are those whom history has been written about. And wherever we may go from here remember that it is only through giving respect to others that you in turn shall receive it yourself. Be kind to one another. And on that note, may you all be safe during this holiday season and may the New Year bring you much happiness, success and good health and not necessarily in that particular order. ;)  | ||||
