The pregnant, 28-year-old, Italian-based wife to an heir of the Benetton fashion house who says she's the topless woman in the "Kournikova" pics. Soltesz-Benetton's lawsuit, filed Monday in New York, seeks more than $10 million in damages from General Media Communications, the parent company of Penthouse. It also wants to pry the 1.2 million copies of the offending June issue, which first hit newsstands last Tuesday, out of the hands of its eager readers, via a court-ordered recall. The lawsuit says the photos, which Soltesz-Benetton claims were snapped--without her consent of knowledge--seven years ago as she sunbathed in Miami, are "all the more degrading" seeing as how they appeared in an issue that also featured a woman "performing fellatio on a plastic male member while purportedly fantasizing about being a slave girl who is raped by an ancient Roman soldier."
