Well what im doing and it seemed to work a few months back, was just eating not as many carbs and walking every other day. Not eating carbs in my house is hard because it is an Italian house and we eat a lot of pasta, lol. So ill just have one serving instead of two. no chips of any kind at all, except if you want to cheat and have a few on a napkin or somthing. Lots or fruit too. So far its working for me. No dramatic weight loss like 6 lbs a week its slowy coming off.

I agree with toocute. Whenever someone tries to diet, the first week or two you lose much more weight than you will after that. Most of it is water.

yeah gonna have to go with hybrid on this one, nothing better then that for quick weightloss and well defined abs.
It's always funny until someone gets hurt, and then it's just hilarious
