The Seagulls Nest, Sandy Hook, drinking on the beach is permitted(although I don't believe you can have bottles), and bonus...you can always move the party down a few more letters to area G-Gunnison beach(yes, naked party)

yes, I forgot to mention that option however, if it rains that day, there won't be an indoor area to seek shelter.

but true, that IS an option.
