it looks like a cross between: The Ambigiously Gay Duo / Beavis and Butthead / early 80s teenagers.

I guess you'd have to know the scene? But basically whoever made this is making fun of the type of kids that go to concerts, the way they talk and dress and the bands they listen to. Specifically they're either making fun of the Emo kids or the Screamo type fans.
