see, i am the one trying new things, you're the one so ready to dismiss the music I enjoy because of your stereotypical views. "ooo, it's the same fucking thing over and over again, blah blah it sucks" I could say the same thing about rock. "blah blah its the same three chords over and over it sucks." I asked for people to prove me wrong, and you come back with Nickelback. Good work.
you should get banned for mentioning nickelback.
never made it as a wise man, never cut it as a poor man stealing, this is how you remind me

what the fuck does that even mean???
dats good muzik!
jesus, I can't believe I've been wasting my time on listening to all this fake dj mixed crap, when there's lyrics like that waiting to set my ears afire

did anonymous pussyboy just recommend linkin park and nickleback to jays as 'good music' ??? forgive me but his post is completely incoherent. im seriously unsure exactly what he was trying to say.
now, in all honesty, I was expecting to have keyser simply kick my ass and pull five bands out of his ass that fucking rock. I wasn't expecting to hear people recommend me z100 rock bands.
spoon, arcade fire, interpol, kaiser cheifs, doves......i could go on, but how bout you try my top 10 albums of 2005 thread to start.....or discover some new music on last.fm by poppin in rock that you like and get back music recommended by people actively seeking out NEW music in the same vein.

what you think rocks may be different than what i think rocks, which is why you should head over there and use your preferences to get back what you're looking for...

rock is dead.
to you maybe
jay is gay....keyser said so.
rock ain't dead, its just hiding right now.
podcasts are where it's at
Keyser - thank you for my Nickelback avatar and quote. I was using them as an example of post 2000 rock for argument purposes with theJays. Maybe not a good argument but I was trying to make a point.
so it is your contention that rock is dead or some people just need to look deeper to find it?
i've been listening to avenged sevenfold lately, i guess i missed the bus them. the band is ok, but the drummer is a phenom
I would rather listen to death metal than techno/house music.
ax7 is #1 on trl, you rock!
i am officially old, i dont even know who avenged sevenfold is.
