the only tog about me is that i'm english, and, um, i am, so yeah, i pretty much just post whatever pops into my head. so, i don't really have a "board" personality, although i'd love to know if other people think i do...
as far as the game threads go, i thought they were fun in the beginning but i don't generally bother reading them now, i guess it's partly that i've been busier lately so not bored enough to play. however, those are kinda different from "chat" threads. a lot of threads go off topic and turn into chat threads, it's just human nature. when you have a conversation you don't just stick talking about the thing you began with, somebody says something and then that turns into something else, and so on. there's really nothing you can do about that, and i see nothing wrong with the chat threads as long as it's not just 2 people having a conversation they could be having in aim.
