you need winamp, the winamp shoutcast plug in, and the shoutcast server software.

Download the Server software HERE

then go HERE and Download the SHOUTcast DSP Plug-In for Winamp 2.x (and if you don't already have WinAmp, get that)

Then follow the instructions in the readme files (use your own IP Address under Output Configuration)
