For shizzle. You don't know the kind of production problems we've had in making the Cypher stent. But I don't get how Boston Scientific can make the same thing and not get killed for patent infrigment.

Because:

1. Cordis tried to hold everyone over a barrel when they came out with the first stent, and pissed off every doctor in the industry. Then, when they came out with Cypher didn't have enough to keep up with demand.

2. It's not the SAME. Judge Robinson said so. Also, BSX's is better. Lower restinosis.

3. Paxlitaxil owns Silirolimous
