Having a social life... - Is it over-rated?

I never just sit on my ass doing nothing all weekend.

I look forward to that sometimes, after having to be on someone else's schedule all week (at work).

If I do too much on a weekend, sometimes I feel like it went too fast & I never got to rest from rushing around all week.

I've got so much extra time on my hands since I only sleep once a week that I need to go out whenever I can, or I go nuts. I used to prefer satying home over going out, but in the past year or so, my friends and I have been going out 3 or 4 nights a week, which is ridiculous, but now I've gotten addicted to it.

I'm a little of both. During the school year, which for geeks like me is year round, I tend to stay home A LOT, but I go out once a week, at least. Recently I've been going to bars again, but only to one by my job which is more of a local thing.....filled with cops and firemen :loveya: Sometimes though, there's nothing I'd rather do than curl up in a ball and watch a movie alone.

I do enjoy doing my own thing for the most part. I like when people are used to coming over, that way I don't have to "entertain" and just go about my buisness.

This is why I don't come over, Sean. I would really hate to make you feel like you had to entertain me.
