I don't need to get my stomach stapled, nor do I need lipo. I need to eat better and exercise. I know exactly how I got fat, and I now how to lose the weight. However, no matter how much I exercise and eat properly, I'll never be "skinny". That's just not how I'm built. I could of course be about 75 lbs lighter and about 90% healthier than I currently am. But, surgery is certainly not required. To prove the point, here's a pic of me at xmas '98... at about 250lbs.
