Here's the rundown of what's uploading. I'm not even halfway through the first album though... :-(
-Live Phish, Vol. 13 - Their Halloween shows were always 3 sets during which the 2nd set was a cover of another band's album. Here's the White Album. It's not a masterpiece, they were just kind of fucking around, but there's a lot of good stuff there. Show opens up with a nice cover of Frankenstein. :-D
-Live Phish, Vol. 16 - Halloween show where they covered Velvet Underground. Check out the a capella version of Freebird for encore.
-Vida Blue - Jazz/funk collaboration including Page McConnell of Phish, Oteil Burbidge, formerly of Aquarium Rescue Unit and who most recently played with the Allmans, and Russell Batiste of the Meters. Excellent covers of that 80's song Cars, Lennon's Jealous Guy, and Floyd's Sheep.
-Oysterhead - Trey Anastasio of Phish with Les Claypool (Primus... duh) and Stewart Copeland of The Police. Very strange sound to this trio, somewhere between Primus and Phish. Weild The Spade is an original by Copeland. Everything else is Anastasio/Claypool.

Oysterhead really whips the llamas ass. Don't have the album (yet), but I've heard their stuff.
It's good and strange.

I'm putting up the Oysterhead album actually, but I have one or two live shows at home.
Just listened to the Vida Blue. I might have to re-rip or something and upload tomorrow. Sounds like it's skipping a bit. D'oh.

Is the transfer any faster now? Someone else was d/ling and I told them to stop. Hopefully your speed went up a bit.

Not really any faster. It's a problem on my end I think. It usually is.

Ick. Know what? It all sounds a little poppy. Not too bad, but I'm so anal about my tunes. I'll put it all up for now and try to put up cleaner copies later.

It's probably your CD player.
If I rip stuff here at work, it sounds shitty. If I do it at home, it sounds great. It's got to do with the speed of your CD drive.

Upload speeds are never as good as download speeds. My 3Mbit connection allows for 3Mbit down but only 256Kbit up.

I still can't decide if I like CKY or not. I know I like 98 Quite Bitter Beings, but the rest of their stuff still has me on the fence.
