You cant bring any vehicles into the mall. But there is a car parked inside the mall that you can use for the lower level windows. But you still gotta run stop and shoot for the upper level.
What i did when i shot was a basic spray with the uzi.And then ran to the next set of windows and repeat.

I just took the motorcycle into the mall and sprayed all the windows on the first floor with the uzi, then ran upstairs, changed clothes, and took out the rest of the windows on foot. It was quite easy that way.

And in addition to what's already been said about cheats, you also supposedly won't be able to get 100% and unlock all the goodies that comes with it if you saved after cheating. So if you're a perfectionist, I'd advise against it.

yeah, i read that using the cheats might mess up the game, but i use the armor, health and weapon cheats, otherwise i'd still be on the first mission, haven't seen any problems. the way i see it, i suck at video games, i'd get bored and quit without them, it's just like if there was a choice of setting it on easy or hard :-p

oh, and i agree with crx, i can't play this game without cheats...or with them for that matter...its more fun to just go around on a killing spree all the time

i've acquired close to $5000 already and accomplished quite a few missions including the Demolition Man one and the one with the Chainsaw.

The Golf Cart mission is tons of fun. I love driving those things.

Your best bet for an initial purchase is Pole Position (the strip club). It's relatively cheap (10k I think), brings in a good amount of cash (4k), and you don't have to complete any missions to make it start generating cash,
Just spend 600 on the dancer in the back room.

OK, this drove me nuts forever too...
Take the poster of (I have to assume it's suppossed to be) Mercedes that came with the game, and open it up. the back is a map of the city that actually lists locations like all the purchasable assests, stores, pay 'n spray's, clothing outlets, ammu-nations, tool shops, etc.
Pole Position is in the South Eastern most section of vice city, in the bottom tip of the beach areas. the same area as your initial safe house, it's actually on a corner of a cross street between the initial safe house and the initial Ammunation, to help narrow your search a little more.
GTA 4 needs road signs lol.
