it will take 100 years to build anything there. the families of the victims will never agree and want it to be "holy ground". a place of eternal mourning. the PA will want tons of commercial space. the city will want to appease everyone. it will go around in circles forever! i think the idea of holy ground is absurd and turning it into this shrine would be depressing and bad for the business of NY.
I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.
