Vaginas are disgusting - How do you walk around with them?

I actually agree the problem with most women is:

They don't say anything, they don't give direction, or they don't even know how to get themselves off.

Don't give me the subtle hints thing, I know all of them. But a lot of women give you nothing to go on. I am not embarassed that I go down, nor that I will take direction from a woman, there is nothing wrong with it. But throw out something once in a while, maybe a left or right, something. Also learning a bit about anatomy points would be a big help for a lot of guys.
