I have a friend who always calls that fat pouch chicks have above their vag a "cunt gut", which I find very vulger.
I was always was partial to FUPA (fat upper pussy area) as it was classier sounding and you could say it in mixed company without being caught.
Though I must admit, I've been combining his term into "gunt" with much success.
