i was a 24 devotee but when i found out that the daughter had gone from nanny to counter terrorist agent in one year the show was dead for me. plus too many stupid side stories. its a shame, the first 2 seasons rocked.

While I fully concur, I believe that something like four or five years supposedly elapsed between the second and third season.

Still though, only so much can be done with that premise.
