i called up the subway headquarters before reading this.. turns out they arent even supposed to have a tip jar, let alone keep the tips. so im going in and asking for compensation and if they say no...i have dept of labor, and the Subway HQ against them. i have to do it tomorrow though cause neither of them are in today
