I wouldn't worry too much about Garcia.
As has been said, outstanding WR's but terrible RB's. If you could package Dunn and Holt for a top RB (maybe Edge or Henry?) you should jump on the chance. And dump Wheatley, he's the Raiders' #3 back.
TE could be good, but the Atl offense is a huge question mark now. DEF and K ok, not great but not bad.
