Band everyone loves that you hate?

Yeah, and Jimmy Buffet, Phish, and The Dead suck, but I never considered what they do as music.

I have to disagree. While most of the Dead and Phish stuff isn't radio friendly because of length, there's some really great music from them. But again, to each his own.

Take the top 20 album list I did. There was someone who's list consisted of ALL heavy metal bands. Sepultura, Slayer and the like. Personally, I love alot of stuff, but to put all of them on a list of the top 20 albums ever is somewhat narrow minded. Saying that the Dead and Phish don't create music is just absurd. You can say you don't like it, but you can't say it's not music. Forget their album songs, some of their live stuff has some of the most amazing Jam's that you will ever hear from ANY band, ever. Sure, you can't mosh to it, but that doesn't mean its not music.


Hey Sean, I thought I was the only one that felt that way. Sure Tool has a really cool sound, but why does every song have to repeat over and over for 9 minutes?
