.... have them both come in at the same time, and have Steph and Bischoff agree that due to their extended time away, they require a new contract, yet the WWE can only allow one more contract signing due to having been tied up with all the new stars.... then, Thr Rock and Stone Cold must fight for that spot in the WWE.... and then after that PPV match, the loser finds someway to gain a spot too...
