2007 Deadpool Rules Poll
#12
i agree. i joined the 2006 pool late in the year and it took me a fucking hour to look through everyone's picks to make sure i didn't have duplicates.

if i may suggest something...
whoever starts the thread, maybe post the rules or whatever you do in the opening post, then reserve the second post in the thread to keep a tally of everyone's picks as they make them on whatever page. that way, everyone knows right where the tally is and doesn't have to search through 10 pages to find out of someone finally tallyed them.

it's how i've ran the football pool on another board.
here's an example of the week #17 football picks.
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://65.98.70.42/~brokenja/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=7;t=18">http://65.98.70.42/~brokenja/cgi-bin/ik ... T;f=7;t=18</a><!-- m -->

see, no matter how many pages it grows, the tally is always in the second post. this doesn't pertain but since we're on the subject, i also keep a locked thread that tallys everyones yearly cumulative stats, detailing each week, the yearly totals and percentages even.
<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://65.98.70.42/~brokenja/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=7;t=1">http://65.98.70.42/~brokenja/cgi-bin/ik ... ST;f=7;t=1</a><!-- m -->

or you can just give me the second post in the thread and i'll just keep editing it to gather everyones picks. sorry, it's an organizational obsession thing.
or you can just tell me to go fuck myself.
