Making a vcd - What programs to use?

Nero works well for burning mpgs to vcd.

First of all you are going to need a fast processor. It's going to be slow as ass on a slow processor.

My favorite progs for encoding is TMPGenc and Cinema Craft Encoder. CCE is not free, and is tougher to crack. But it is the fastest encoder. TMPGenc is not bad on the speed front though.
