for the chaos meter mission:
there is a little glitch in the game. If you bring a car around the back of the biker bar onto the grass field and repeatedly shoot it, even after it explodes, with an autmatic weapon the meter will fill up with plenty of time left. Bring the car to the field because no cops will bother you. its cheap, but it works
