Fuck yes. Federal guidelines require us to keep all apps and resumes for one year. Doesn't mean we have to look at them more than once.

I never knew about that. That's fuckin funny. I guess it makes sense though if someone isn't qualified, you don't want them trying to get hired again down the road.
