He'll figure it out eventually that talking a good game is one thing and being able to back it up is different. I had a friend like that when I was a kid. Talked tons of shit. The minute we had a disagreement he sent the neighborhood bully and a bunch of kids to beat me up. I whupped the bullys' ass and my friend all of a sudden played nice...Call him out on the BS and you may get somewhere.

He can't send a pitbull after me, i am his pitbull. I lost half my hearing and have permanent ringing in my ears after defending him one night. All because he had to go off talking shit.

It was my own fault as well, I talked some shit too. But only after he got them all riled up and they were gonna beat his ass. I was loaded and fucked up beyond belief and thought I could take them all on, I shoulda just let them beat his ass.

I also had the "been there, done that" friend. He was just fuckin horrific to have a conversation with. No matter what you mentioned, he had already done it. You could be talking about the cops, he would say he was a police officer for a few months. You could talk about music, he's chime in with how he was in a band for a while. The war, he'd chime in with how he was in the army. Wrestling, ofcourse he was a wrestler in college. Football, ofcourse he was the star rusher in his HS.
