Buffalo is the 3rd largest city in NY. It's sad that it sucks that bad.

If you were to take one borough of NYC, and have it seceed, it would become the second largest city in New York state.

buffalo really isn't that bad. it's like Long Island...lot of malls, shopping, etc...spread out. The city itself, is tiny. City-wise, Albany is better. But, that said, besides Syracuse, Albany, and of course, NYC, it really isn't that bad when compared to other cities. what did you expect buffalo to be like?
