I love him. He's like those happy old people who become known for sitting by the side of a busy street and waving to passing cars. People drive by regularly and beep just to see him and get him to wave to them.

That's just like our Arpi... except he doesn't wave or anything. He just says mean things to you.

Keyser Soze Wrote:its the same with voting for nader. do we really need to have this discussion again? if you prefer libertarian, but you also would prefer kerry over bush and you vote for the libertarian who has no chance at winning, you basically just took away a vote from kerry who needs it in a close race with bush.
wrong! you increased the libertarians vote count, thereby strengthening the party for the next election

We will always be a two party system for at least all of our lifetimes. And the low end 6 figure folks still fight for the rights of 5 figure folks because low 6 figure incomes aren't all that far off from the 5 figure problems.

Let us rid ourselves of the current two partys, I think they've fucked things up quite nicely.

Instant runoff voting would be a huge help to third party candidates. It would also help the Libertarians if their nominee in 2008 isn't fucking insane.

wait, you expect a candidate from a party that wants to privatize the post office to be sane?

Well, compared to Badnarik, Harry Browne was relatively sane.

privatizing the post office is a great idea. the us postal service runs with a huge debt every year. it is also becoming obsolete. it should be privatized where a company can run it more efficiently and for a profit, thereby relieving us of its cost.
