I have a CD burner and program at home, but I have a question...I know how to make a mix of songs from MP3s, but how would you do it from actual CDs?

Polly, you have to take the disk and use a program like MusicMatch to download the song onto your hard drive, it takes less than a minute usually per song.

You could rip the songs from the cd to MP3 first. That's what I do.

download a program called cdex from downloads.com. its easy to use and small. it will rip mp3's straight from a cd.

i got a problem. my burner is all fucked up. whenever i try to open musicmatch to rip mp3's my computer freezes, and whenever i open up adaptec cd creator my computer freezes. i'll be getting a new computer complete with burner for college, but that wont be till late august/early september. if this thing lasts until then, i'll be glad to participate, but if we're trying to get the mixes in soon, i'm gonna have to back out. :disappointed:
