In my mind, there is no heaven or Hell, as in a physical plane. There is just the here and now. Life energy (or spirit or soul or whatever you want to call it) departs the body when you die and goes somewhere (?) else. I believe life travels in one continuous circular loop. But who knows. I'll find out all the answers someday or maybe I'll find out nothing. I just don't waste too much time worrying about it. Though I do hope in my next life I can come back as a housecat.

If I'm wrong, I'll definitely be around for the bbq!

Personally, I feel that heaven and Hell in a sense exist here in life and the time you spend living is what you make of it. The good times are heaven and the bad are Hell. I was raised as a Catholic, wherein we're taught to pursue this ultimate reward through our thoughts and actions, but if we can be forgiven for every sin, then heaven must be full of liars and cheats. I no longer consider myself a Catholic, but I don't know what I am. I'm a living, thinking, breathing being and for that I am thankful. Through the good times and bad, this to me is heaven. That I am here and conscious of it. That's all I need.
