1. You've never had any sexual encounter (don't worry Sleeper, there's still time)

2. You're one of the 20% of the sexually active population that doesn't have HPV, (this is the category where I, and all hot chicks fall into)

Of course, HPV is not limited to genital warts.... HPV indicates all warts which are caused by the human papiloma virus. But if Galt wants to paint the world with a broad brush, let him have his fun.

Edit: Wait a second, I just remembered I don't trust any "percentage" information from the gov't, gov't agencies or anyone else. They lie to try to fix things they can't control. I remember being told just last year that one in three high schoolers have HIV. Yeah, then six people in that class alone have it and when my family gets together, at least three of us have it. Party. Rolleyes

Except for crime statistics. I trust those. :thumbs-up:
