Would you date someone who was not necessarily "attractive" but whose personality was so awesome and fit yours to perfection. Would you be comfortable being seen in public with this person. Or would you not even bother for fear of what others would say about you?

why can't i have it both ways. personality only goes so far. at some point, you need to date someone who is boring yet hot, just to say you did it. then go back to the personality-filled individual for a happy life. i dated (sort of) someone for almost a year, and i only had one thing in common with her, and that was her body. we shared the crap out of it. beyond that, we couldn't hold a conversation for more than ten minutes.

we didn't waste it. we had "other" things to do besides talk. she was a freak. i slept with her the day after i met her, and i'm not that good looking, so that tells you something. it kept up like that until i moved out of state. then i'd visit her every couple of weeks. she ended up getting back with her husband.

i need some attraction. ovbiously they dont have to be incredibly hot, but i need a girl who does look at least semi-good. my ex was overweight a bit, but i didnt mind, and i've found myslef attracted to plenty of girls who arent incredibly good looking, but there needs to be some physical beauty
