First time for hypnosis, 3rd time for quitting. 1st time I was pregnant and couldn't stand the smell/taste. 2nd time I had bad bronchitis and couldn't stand the smell/taste. Both times lasted about a year.

Mo, you have to trust the person you're going to. I'm pretty sure that only stage hypnotists pull stunts like that, as funny as that can be. I actually quit cold turkey....three times, but finally made it work :thumbs-up:

It's a group hypnosis thing offered by the Adult School in town. We'll see what happens. Cold turkey is probably the best method...
