that's not really stream of conciousness, it is sustained and focused thought,
although not adhering to any fixed topic of discussion, SOE is more of a changing of topic midsentence as it reflects the ever changing thought patterns of an inner dialouge. "I need to get some money cause the rent is due on the damn my roid is killing me today"
