Through 8 games into this NFL season, Eli Manning had given Giants' fans everything they could ever ask for. Manning, while not always sharp, helped his team to 6-2 start. Coming into today's contest as 9 point favorites, everyone expected nothing but the same. However, the Vikings had other plans.

While it has not yet been confirmed, there is a rumor going on around Hoboken, that on Saturday afternoon, young Eli, was given a call by Fred Smoot, and was asked to join him for dinner on a dinner cruise. What proceeded to happen on that boat is anyone's guess, but the photo above leads us to believe that young Eli was shown quite a good time. It also is quite obvious, that his antics last night, led to his performance on the field. Eli was his worst today, throwing 4 INT's including one for a TD as they were going in.

What will Eli learn from this experience? No one knows for sure, but I am sure he wont be hanging with Fred Smoot anymore. Stay tuned for more details.
