I really hate 2 things about my day at work, they both involved clients but these are just minor annoyances.

#1 of all are the people who ask "can I call you back?". People for the most part really have no clue how to end a phone call, they always bumble around instead of just "ok thanks bye". "Yeah so let me call my blah blah and then... I uhh, so can I call you again?"..... like im going to say no to a client calling back.

#2 people who just give you waaaaay more information than you need. Especially the people who have to list out their actions to you. "Ok, i'll call you back to confirm the appointment..." that should be it!!! you dont have to tell me "yeah, im gonna call my realtor first and have him call the other realtor, then once I hear back which will be...". Ok fuckin do it, why do I care?

#3 People who never read the big bold lettering on the front of their reports, which states "if you have had any services OTHER than a home inspection performed, those reports will be mailed seperatly". I put it there cause the geniuses here never figured to do so, so people wouldnt call 20 times a day bitching that they got 1 report and not the other. But what pisses me off about the people who dont read it and call anyway is how defensive they get right off the bat... and always have to add the term "which I paid for!!!!". Like "yeah I got my property report but wheres the radon test..WHICH I PAID YOU FOR!!!!"... whoa whoa be cool boy.

I just had a "friend" call wanting me to look over what she emailed me because I "need to send this out" for her. She's been look for work for months now and I'm like her personal secretary... wtf.

I told her I'll get to it after I'm done doing something for my boss.
