Okay, I know this is going to wind up with me just bitching, but bear with me...

I know every part of this situation is bad and that I can't put it into writing as to why I am in said situation. But currently I am "seeing" my boss. My 38 year old, recently divorced boss.

Granted, I know that sleeping with your boss can reap positive results, but does a 17 year age gap and just getting out of 6 years of marriage make a difference?

Every situation is different, but here's mine:

I started dating a woman who was not yet divorced, with 2 kids and 10 years older than me.

We just recently celebrated our 4 year anniversary and our daughter will be 3 years old next month.

Best advice: See where it goes and don't make any long term decisions on the spur of the moment.
