Namath then concluded the interview with another amorous overture to Kolber: \"And I want to kiss you.\"

A clearly miffed Kolber replied by saying: \"Thanks, Joe. I'll take that as a huge compliment.\"

In a related story, New Orleans Saints receiver Joe Horn stated that he would call Kolber later to dish on good a kisser Namath is.

i didn't see the inteview but my seats are right next to the luxury box all the explayers and honored guests etc. get invited to. let me tell you with the amount of drinking that goes on in there they're lucky if they're still sober within the first 5 mins of the game.

I don't get how they couldn't notice that Joe might not be the best choice for an interview at that time.

Either way, it was fuckin' funny.
