There are still 80,000 plaintiffs remaining who opted out of the class action.
There was ONE LADY in Texas who was awarded $1.5 million by a court a couple months ago. Even if you cut that verdict in half, and multiply it by 80,000 people, it's a potentially bankruptcy-inducing event.
There aren't a lot of pharma companies that have that type of black cloud over their company. And the Premarin/Prempro debacle makes it even worse.
Run away. They are the worst pharma company out there.

I'M TALKING ABOUT PHEN-FEN! Do you even know what the hell is going on with your company? It's still going on. It's not done. You're still getting sued and still losing.

No. I'm talking about Phen Fen. That's the one with the giant cloud over them with 80,000 plaintiffs ready to sue with 3-5 verdicts a week for the forseeable future.
The HRT fiasco is just another mess you have on the horizon. It just came out that it was causing all these problems. The lawsuits will come later.
