You people are so fucking delusional it's not even funny. Being "fat" can not be broken down into things so simple as calorie intake versus calories burned. It's just not that easy. Now, I'm not saying that if you do nothing but consume calories without burning any that you'll be skinny, but you have to realize that people have different metabolisms. Some people, Alkey for instance, can eat whatever they wish and never gain a pound. Other people can eat carrots and beans their entire life and still be "fat".

While it is true that if I eat "properly" and get regular exercise I will be much less fat than I am... I will never have a 34-inch waist nor weight less than 200 lbs. I'm siomply not built that way.

It's kind of the same as if Alkey was to listen to music really loudly in his smaller ear for a year straight, his larger ear would not get any smaller. He's just made that way and there ain't shit he can do about it.

Again, I agree that diet and proper exercise can make people more fit, but to say that the only reason people are "fat" is because they are lazy fucks that do nothing but sit around and eat is simply not true.

I was really fat and lazy once. Now I'm not as fat and I have more energy than my prior fatso days, thus making me less lazy.
