ok im back from the gym
What did you work on today? I broke out the abroller last night. My stomach muscle held up fine. This could lead to some more intense exercising weightlifting etc. yipppy!
i had one of those things. useless piece of shit. strains your back, doesn't work your abs.
i did a half hour on the cross ramp thinger....did 1 rep of 50 crunches on the crunch machiner and also on my legs.
that would be 1 set of 50 crunches
